Last week, panic gripped Australia following a comment made by Australian officials that in the event COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spreads, some items including toilet rolls and other goods may be restricted or rationed.

This triggered Australians to panic buy, and in response, Woolworths rationed toilet paper. Food was also a target, as were other items including hand sanitiser and wipes.
