Ready for another chapter in the Drake equation?
Drake allegedly ‘hacked’ into the ESPN sports centre to reveal the release date as ‘3rd September’.
A brief montage for the ‘Scorpion’ rapper was broadcast live via a ESPN live baseball stream.
The video released in the style of max headroom appears for a brief moment before disappearing. Though it appears to be hacked, it most certainly isn’t, as the rapper would face several charges for breaking broadcast law.
The video uses a lick of guerrilla advertising, with a low budget look and pitch modifiers to mask voices appearing in it. Though it comes off a little cheesy, it gets the job done, though no where in the scope of the hype Yeezy has built around his highly anticipated ‘Donda’ release.
