New Scorsese movie has been shrouded in secrecy with only its cast members and synopsis known.
Legendary director Martin Scorsese has released a teaser trailer for his upcoming crime drama Killers of the Flower Moon.
The movie is based on true events and is inspired by David Grann’s non-fiction book of the same name. The story is set in Osage, Oklahoma and follows a 29 year old J. Edgar Hoover as he investigates a series of murders under mysterious circumstances of wealthy oil members of the Osage nation.
Rights to the movie were won by Imperative Entertainment and the movie is to be financed and distributed by Apple TV+ and Paramount Pictures.
Production of the movie began in 2016 following a bidding war and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Cara Jade Myers, William Belleau, Jillian Dion, Jesse Plemons, Brendan Fraser and John Lithgow.
