Silky Steps recreate funk for the ’20s on ‘I Like It, I Love It’

The group from Tallinn, Estonia release a work of plentiful quality for their latest release.

Describing themselves as a group who provoke the “x-rated side of life”, Silky Steps is in good form for their latest release with a bass-laden lip of balanced synths among other string instruments.

The group says I Like It, I Love It is the third and final release before the drop of their new LP Universal Language. Decorating their waxy oilcloth with elements that make the mind seek librettos of imaginative visuals through descriptive lines like “Running til I’m out of breath, chasing the feeling of myself” are all the more reasons to anticipate their latest long-form project.
