A new body of work from the producer responsible for some of the best sounds we have heard returns with a blazing new album.

On Brave New World, Peney (real name Jack Peney) creates music with the use of an Akai MPC4000, going as far as to “preserve” his work on analogue tape, asking the listener to imagine soundscapes with the aid of “their own minds”.
Engaging with Peney’s music in this manner isn’t a chore, as it oscillates between sharp snares and delicate harmonics. This variation encourages the listener to fundamentally reconsider their perceptions of how they should interact with the genre.
Within the musical notes forming neural pathways of tranquility, a serene journey unfolds between each song. Bold distinctions emerge, yet they do not disrupt the enchanting traditions Peney has established. Instead, they invite you to unwind and savor a magnificent auditory elixir.
You can purchase Brave New World for download directly from the artist, or alternatively stream it via Spotify or Apple Music
