Brad Pitt and George Clooney star in dark comedy thriller working together despite their differences.
An industry bereft of ideas faces constant scrutiny for its shambolic mode of choices that are anything but creative. Fraught with lacklustre scripts and rushed productions, chock full of dull framing and overly bright captures, it was time for a break. And by that, I mean even a brief recess from an exhaustive collection of movies that are made for the sake of it. However, the latest Columbia Pictures title ‘Wolfs’, looks to be a salt to taste moment.
What’s is the plot?
It follows Nick (Brad Pitt) and Jack (George Clooney), two fixers who are charged with solving underworld problems. The catch? They have to work together, despite their differences.
I know it doesn’t sound highly original following my big statement, but considering the state of the industry, this is an original storyline considering it appears to resurrect good pacing and well executed lighting.
When is it out?
‘Wolfs’ is due for release on the 20th September 2024, and will get a theatrical release distributed by Sony Pictures in most cinemas. It will also be available for streaming via Apple TV.
