The YouTuber and Twitch streamer went on a tirade, making racist and far-right comments about Gazans

Social media is a playground of opinions. Options for original content are often lacking, thanks to supercharged trends and creativity that is often substituted with outrage and hot takes.
You’ve no doubt heard of YouTuber Asmongold (real name Zack Hoyt), who frequently roasts people for the sake of views. Just like many other so-called influencers, he enjoys vocalising contentious subject matter in order to stay relevant.
However, this time, Hoyt took it to another level and by that—we mean a Nazi level.
What Was Said?
Without beating about the bush, Hoyt said:
“I am not going to cry a f**king river when people who have genocide that’s baked into their laws are getting genocided. They are terrible people. It’s not even a question. It’s crazy that people don’t see it that way. They’d be doing the same thing.”
When challenged by one of his channel’s streamers, he replied:
“How much did they kill? As many as they can. They are not able to (kill) as many people as Israel because they don’t have as many bombs and as many weapons. But if they did, they’d be doing the same thing.”
He then went onto to claim: “These people are not your allies, they are not the same as us.”
The tirade continued, saying Palestinians are “…an inferior culture that is horrible. It kills people for their identity and it is directly antithetical to everything Western values stand for.”
His response (which you can hear above) claims activists are “virtue signalling”. However, the Free Palestine campaign is a decades long movement.
Has He Been Banned?
Yes, Twitch have banned him, along with his alternative accounts (including ZackRawrr) for two weeks, which many have called a shocking decision.
His account has now been replaced with a placeholder that reads: “Temporarily Unavailable”.
How Has He Responded?
Releasing a statement on X (formerly Twitter) his response has been one of remorse saying: “Looking back on it, I was way too much of an a**h*le about the Palestine thing.”
He also published a new video titled “My Plans Moving Forward” in which he calls himself an “a**h*le”. Take a look below.
