In a Fragile World, Donald Trump’s 2024 Election Victory Poses a Nuclear Threat to Us All.
The world is in crisis, thanks to the United States. So, what is the solution to this travesty of human rights? Two candidates that will push the world into oblivion.
With Trump winning a second term, his conspiracy-driven policies will prompt a major shift. Climate change will likely spin into overdrive, Israel’s war on Gaza will intensify and the military-industrial complex will, unfortunately, thrive.
There is no quick way to overhaul the United States’ insane, steroid-driven capitalistic venture. The American government maintains an economic grip on the world, and this sentiment is carried by its public, despite them receiving little to no benefits from it. They are largely cheerleaders, trapped in a vortex of patriotic spin.
Imperial Aspirations
America’s so-called greatness is a product of imperial ploughing, the outcome of hundreds of years of pillage and plunder. Its insatiable lust for power is motivated by a lack of purpose, in a disjointed and chaotic way, firmed by a lack of a roadmap. Its only raison d’être was, in fact, power––which was achieved by succeeding from its British government. As Seth Mcfarlane comedically put it “to free the English from the English”.
Is it a shock that Donald Trump has secured a second term? In 2016, we expected him to lose, but once again, he has won. That he has attained office is not the most frightening thing––it is that he has had the time to ruminate on his rejections, losses, the commentaries around him, and more. His four years out were, in fact, twelve.

Bolstered by figures such as Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, and a party of adoring followers, his sentiments are amplified by a confirmation bias and a culture of yes-men.
If we thought his Muslim ban, wall-building fantasies, and fascist rhetoric were difficult pills to swallow, what might come next? As nightmarish as that might be, his tactics do not lead to strategic wins. There is no outcome, just chaos and spoils for him and his cronies.
What Are the 2024 U.S. Election Results?
Kamala Harris failed to cross the Electoral College finish line, and swing states allowed Trump to storm back into Washington, securing 292 Electoral College votes compared to Harris’ 226.
Despite her popularity, Jill Stein failed to secure any votes. Her virality gave her a blazing social media campaign, but one that failed to proliferate.
