One of New York’s star rappers makes a passionate announcement of a fresh hip-hop vibe.
With his ever-enthusiastic personality, Busta Rhymes has announced that a new single titled Unleash Me will drop tomorrow.
Posted on social media, the rapper shared a short clip, exclaiming in all caps that the fresh song will be accompanied by a “movie/video” (see below).
The teaser for the track shows the lyricist screaming in true Busta fashion saying, “come on,” imprisoned in chains, alongside a CGI dragon flying through the sky. The Flipmode member most recently appeared on the remix of It’s My Ego.
Who Directed the Video?
The video is directed by Benny Boom, who has worked on his previous music videos, including Do The Busabus as well as visuals for Nicki Minaj.
Song Overview
The track is produced by Nottz, whose credits include music for Snoop Dogg. It features a vibrant, signature vibe the musician is known for, and of course, with a touch of eccentricity.
Busta appears to be at ease on this track, though this is unsurprising, given his fortitude and ability to adapt to whatever is thrown at him.
