The rapper continues to drop fun tracks accessible to all, this time he targets construction vehicles
Aesop Rock is chopping up rhymes for the sake of it; this time he drops bars of steel (pun intended), on a new ode to construction vehicles, Roadside Rappin’.
Roadside Rappin’ Is a Fun Track
In a press release, the rapper explained his reason for the release, though I’d be perfectly happy even if he didn’t.
“A few friends of mine have children who are completely fascinated by large construction vehicles. They know all the names and functions and will cheer as trucks drive past. This song is for all the young people out there fascinated by these massive vehicles and their work.”
The track falls in line with other productions of a similar nature; such as “Long Legged Larry” and his song about his pet cat, “Kirby.”

Bavitz is one rapper I’ll always listen to no matter the subject matter. Given his consistency and acclaim for every album, he’s a sure shot winner when it comes to the game.
Not many lyricists can claim such a feat, and his new song is another feather in the hat for an ever-expanding portfolio of subject matter.
Roadside Rappin’ is another quill driven explosion of vocabulary, showcasing the artist’s wide spectrum of fiery skill.
Buy Vinyl and Stream
