Minimalist design turns Hoka’s new slider into a serious contender for drip
If you’ve signed up to Hoka’s mailing list, you’ll know that they’re always busy. Recently, the French-based running shoe brand designer has turned to drippy slides and stylish sneakers, with one eye on dethroning its competitors. Their latest issue is a further development of their recovery sliders and proof that they’re moving in the right direction.

Ora Primo EXT: A New Suede Design
If it’s anything to go by, their current catalogue of recovery shoes cannot be matched. Their fit, technology, and everything else in between is a simple yet effective mechanism boosting comfort and longevity. However, one thing they have always suffered from is a lack of flair.
This time, though, they set the record straight with some game-changing decor, in the form of the Ora Primo EXT.
With a brand new suede design, their efforts are off to a good start; coupled with a buckle for its G-hook closure tech that they say “cinches down reflective webbing for a locked-in fit plus enhanced visibility”.
At present, there is no confirmed release date, though you can sign up to their newsletter to be first in line to purchase it. Their new model is set to retail at £130.
