21 Savage announced he will drop a new album titled “What Happened to the Streets?”, his first album since 2024’s American Dream’. Here’s what we know so far.

The artwork was created by Olaolu Slawon, and exhibited at Art Basel in Miami, where the artist curated a 20-foot installation without explanation.

The pieces featured the rapper’s profile and were shown to viewers at institutions including Scope, Context, NADA, Prizm, and Untitled Art. 2,100 limited edition prints will be available to buy directly from the rapper’s web store.

The announcement was made alongside the release of a monochromatic trailer featuring a slew of imagery, including X-ray captures and blaring police sirens.

The album title alludes to street nostalgia and commentary on changes in street life and code.

The tracklist will be composed of 14 songs, though no features have been confirmed. We can, however, speculate based on recent appearances of his own, which include Summer Walker and Central Cee.

Release Date and Label

What Happened to the Streets?” is slated for a 12th December 2025 release on Slaughter Gang an distributed by Epic Records/Sony Music.
