Featuring the gravelly vocals of Tom Waits, it chronicles unchecked authoritarianism amid a host of political actors, both seeking regime change and total control.

Massive Attack are heavily vocal in using their performances to highlight ongoing struggles in a multitude of places, including Palestine and other conflict zones.

Filled with clicking and clanking, almost factory-like in spirit, it feels as if everything is disposable.
