Watch the trailer for Marvel’s New “Wonder Man” TV show
Wonder Man finally gets a trailer but, it’s another series. Most of the superhero IPs are built for the cinema, but Disney insists on grinding those subscriptions —hence why it appears as another TV series. On this occasion, let’s reserve judgement until it’s out. We’ll give it a shot though — it does look like a fun romp.
The Cast and Plot
Simon Williams (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) is an aspiring actor, who also works as a stuntman. When he hears auditions are being held for the lead role of a Wonder Man reboot, he jumps at the chance. However, he has no clue that he possesses superpowers himself.
The series also stars Ben Kingsley, and Ed Harris.
Show Details and Release Date
The show is slated for a January 27th, 2026 release. It will feature 8 episodes created by Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest.
