Latest from pop star Bruno Mars, ‘I Just Might’, is adequate though lacks melodic bite
Bruno Mars has dropped his new single ‘I Just Might’, taken from his upcoming album ‘The Romantic’, due for release on the 26th February.
Review and Verdict
For the most part, it’s a polished, classic Mars song, with a boost of powerful vocals replete with trademark choral wailing. It’s different, adequate; however, it blends into the background. I’d mistake it for historic music rather than fresh from the studio.
The track is an upbeat work of melodic fun, though unvarying. It’s a pop blast of pure Bruno, but I hope there’s something more in the tank when his album arrives.
