UK R&B songstress Ella Mai drops another EP, 3Two, to mark her 32nd birthday.
British R&B artist Ella Mai enjoys releasing music on her birthday, and this year is no exception. As she turns thirty-two, she releases a new EP, 3two.
The Grammy Award-winning R&B singer-songwriter continues to impress both fans and the wider R&B scene with a sound that piques interest.
UK R&B continues to increase in popularity, and Mai’s exploits are no different. 3two follows her acclaimed third album, Do You Still Love Me?. The three-track EP opens with “Favourite T-Shirt,” an acoustic-led track reflecting on a relationship that has run its course, followed by “Over and Over,” a slow-groove ballad, before ending with the mid-tempo “All I Know.”
3two is a celebration, yet ironically opens with a break-up song expressing the opposite. Still, it’s an Ella Mai release, and an effective way to keep up appearances.
