Imani Imani’s album was a surprise release via Kendrick Lamar’s pGLang imprint
Kendrick Lamar’s imprint pGLang reveals a surprise drop from its new artist Imani Imani, titled Papercut, alongside an accompanying music video for “Mindgames”.
With little promotion, it continues a trend of impromptu reveals in the same vein as Lamar’s own GNX. The 11-track album appears to offer an impressive volume of repeat-worthy music. However, early favourites to emerge include “Slideee”, “Come Together” and “1 of 1”. Listen to the album in full below.
