Produced by in-demand hip-hop beatmaker GG Peney (Jehst, Confucius MC), who now resides in the Netherlands following the success of his breakout label Life Long Records, Small World is an artistic canvas for those who enjoy the avant-garde.
Crisp‘s inflection, bedded with musings and a flowing conveyance, adds a purring texture to a fruitful execution. Speaking on his collaboration with Sonnyjim, he said: “His tone and delivery added that extra layer the track needed — it was an effortless synergy.”
Asked how they describe Small World, the two refer to it as being “minimalist but heavy”, leaving “space for reflection”.
