Sonnyjim intensifies his album launch with the third single, New Jersey Drive, from his upcoming album. This time, he recruits rapper Fly Anakin over a velvety production layered with equally paced vernaculars.
Review and Verdict
Morriarchi is back on production for his collaborative project with the Birmingham-based rapper. Cloaked in a diegetic soundscape with a whip of loops and rimshot hits, the two rappers spit through a smoky veil of lyrical finesse.

Both Sonnyjim and Fly Anakin lace the track with a skilful demonstration of what they do best — a far cry from the agitated mess we usually hear. The “White Girl Wasted” rapper is teeing up fans for a showpiece album, and we’re here for it. The song is taken from the duo’s forthcoming album, “Golden Parachute“.
