Busta Rhymes takes on a classic J Dilla track, spewing molten lava all over the beat. This time, we get back the rapper’s eccentric brand of video we all know and love, for the new single “SPAZZZ” which sees the Extinction Level Event rapper pull up and then some. Once again, the Flipmode artist is pounding out his usual stylistic enterprise, raspy and unadulterated in a world of prosaic slush where hip-hop is slowly falling victim, too.
The track is taken from the duo’s upcoming and posthumous J Dilla album, Dillagence 2, the sequel to their 2007 mixtape of the same name. It follows the producer’s unexpected death in 2006, after which the beat smith left behind more than 300+ tracks with Busta, including one titled “Talk Ya Sh*t” featuring Lil Wayne.
