New campy horror-movie ‘Five Nights at Freddy’s 2‘ is set to return this December with new voices and characters
The second instalment of Blumhouse’s 2023 video game adaptation is set to get a sequel. Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is slated for a December 2025 release and will be directed once again by Emma Tammi.
The Plot
Elizabeth Lail and Josh Hutcherson will return to continue their story, set one year after the incidents at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza — events that have now gained local-legend status. And guess what? Their animatronic friends are back. This goofy B-movie sludge of a story gets a sequel in the vein of its 1980s cousins.
The Verdict
It could be fun, I mean, there are stabby animatronic creatures ready to seek out new victims. Megan Fox steps in to voice Toy Chica, along with new characters Toy Freddy, and Toy Bonnie.
Release Date
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is set to return closer to the holiday period than the spooky season, on December 5th 2025.
