New release from Genesis Elijah is a poignant work of music produced by beatmaker Nightmare Henry
Rapper Genesis Elijah shares a powerful song, Untitled, as an ode to unrecognised emotion and the internalised silence it inspires. In a statement, the rapper said: “yeah I know what heartbreak feels like.”
What You Need To Know
Untitled gives a voice to the voiceless, through penned emotion and lyrics like: “Face to face with my demons. I just scared them out. Sleep paralysis — nobody hears me shout” and “Heavy is the heart that never wears the crown”.

The track is produced by South African producer Nightmare Henry and is taken from the UK artist’s forthcoming EP, “My Favourite Nightmare“. It unfolds over a compositional loop of samples that evoke dense thought patterns that are often experienced by those who are grappling with the exhaustion of unspoken pain and grief.
Both the visuals and song run for 1:43 which, despite our reservations about short tracks, suits this piece perfectly. Its swift cut-off enhances the perspective of feeling unseen — and it’s tactfully, unforcedly delivered in a poetic fashion.
