LeoStayTrill is a rapper who grows on you, if you’re willing to wait a million years for sunlight. Much of his music is hit and miss, and in the case of his new track ‘Citrus’, it’s another fumble.

Featuring fresh and zesty UK rap production, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good. It’s another compilation of a decades-gone vibe, replete with ubiquitous flows and lyrics. There’s little to analyse when the substance is diluted. It aims for something; he shoots, but the calibration is off, hitting an unintended target. The cherry on top?
