Singer-songwriter Aaron Rowe drops his first track since the fallout from his Ed Sheeran tour exit
Aaron Rowe releases new single “Forever Now”, a lighter, more romantic ballad about relationship aspirations and hoping for a fleeting moment to become everlasting. The song was recorded in Nashville, and the artist says it’s one of his favourite tracks to warm up a crowd.
Post-Ed Sheeran Tour
The song follows a tumultuous week for the folk singer-songwriter, who exited Ed Sheeran’s The Loop tour in solidarity with rapper Macklemore after he was removed from the line-up following controversy over his pro-Palestinian performances. Rowe released a statement which said:
“I don’t take the decision lightly. Ed has been a friend to me and has changed my life, I could never thank him enough for this.
But as Irish people we know all too well about genocide, forced famine and violent occupation.”
