The Bad Boy Records CEO, also known as Puff Daddy, was reportedly hospitalised following a head injury in prison
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was reportedly rushed to hospital in the early hours of the morning following a head injury. The transportation of the rapper and owner of Bad Boy Records comes after a separate altercation with an inmate in July, though the circumstances surrounding his latest injury remain unclear.
What Happened
The artist formerly known as Puff Daddy was transported from FCI Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey following a head injury on Saturday 10 October. An ambulance reportedly left the prison at approximately 1am (01:00), and the “P.E. 2000” rapper was reportedly conscious and speaking when he returned.
Some reports indicate the rapper was hospitalised, though he was back in prison before sunrise. Representatives for the New York-based record executive say they’re still trying to establish exactly what happened.
Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison after being convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in July 2025.
