The laddish drama is back this autumn, with Manfredi eager to protect his spot and re-establish himself.
The boss is back and his old-school ways are due to return this autumn alongside Tyson and the rest of his crew. In the season finale, we saw Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi arrested for bribery, so what happens next is anyone’s guess.
The trailer fills in some gaps, but not enough to spoil it. In the promotional video, we see Dwight face off with a new adversary, Cal Thresher (Neal McDonough, of Desperate Housewives), who arrives in town to initiate his own gangland threat. Dwight can be heard saying he wants “a piece of his business,” and it seems he is not about to let that happen.
The first season of Tulsa King was a smash hit, lauded for its unashamedly clever screenplay that seamlessly blended drama and comedy, leaving no room to yawn. The show stars Sylvestre Stallone, Jay Will, Dana Delaney, Martin Starr, Andrea Savage, and Max Casella.
