Danny Boyle releases fresh teaser for an epic sequel to the smash hit movie saga.
The film’s marketing has been wildly consistent with a fantastic press machine in full swing. Danny Boyle’s upcoming horror movie 28 Years Later is proving a force to be reckoned with and looks to be entertainment at its best.
It looks to be one of few creatively driven screenplays this year, without ruining the prestige of its predecessors.

This time, rumours Cillian Murphy has reprised his role have been put to bed. Appearing as what appears to be a zombie, the movie gossip circuit was set alight with talk that he will be recast as the undead; much to the advantage of the studio. Though talk of his return has been quashed following a fresh teaser clip reveal.
The new trailer showcases a story of survival. Living on an island, lead character, Jamie—played by Aaron Taylor Johnson—sets out on a mission to the mainland, but must face off against an army of zombies. One appears to be of a mutated sort, highlighting just how different this new movie promises to be.
Release Date
28 Years Later is scheduled for a theatrical release in cinemas, 20th June 2025.
