Rapper Playboi Carti has been charged with assault after punching his limo driver
Playboi Carti has been charged with assault following an altercation in Park City, Utah. ALC Limousine driver, Carl Reynolds, claims the rapper assaulted him as they drove between locations.
Everything That Happened
Reynolds was chauffeuring Carti and his entourage from the Waldorf Astoria to rehearsals during his Antagonist Tour.
The alleged incident occurred when Carti apparently began arguing with his girlfriend over sex. Reynolds threatened to intervene, to which he responded with a threat of his own.
The driver says his girlfriend left the car, which is when he says he was punched in the mouth.
Wasatch County police documented Reynolds’ injuries at the scene, which he will hope to use as evidence in court.
