Argentinian group Triada has released their debut single O Pato, a Latin meets bossa nova song cover of João Gilberto’s classic of the same name.
The group is made up of Diamela Spina (percussion, vocals), Aylen Reynoso (guitar) and Julia Percowicz (vocals).
The group say their debut holds a special place in their hearts, as it “…is a song that we are very fond of, as it marked part of our lives and showed us the way in our beginnings as a group.”
Their label, Verve, was equally excited to showcase their new signing, with an enthusiasm they share for all of their artists, which includes Grammy-Award-winning Samara Joy. The musicians are in high spirits in the wake of their new release, saying, “This single is the beginning of a new path, full of joy.”
